Although there was rain today we visited Takakkaw Falls and Emerald Lake which are near Lake Louise. On the way we saw an Elk cross the road in front of us. Our hike around Emerald Lake rewarded us with a bounty of wild flowers which we had never seen. The top picture shows the lake and the second the falls. The last picture is the elk of course.
