We made it to Banff yesterday and the scenery was beautiful as you can tell from the picture taken from our campsite. Also, we saw our first black bear while we were traveling down the Icefields Parkway. He got in the bushes before I could get my camera. It looks like Banff has many trails to hike and many things to do, so our nine days here will seem short. We scouted out the town yesterday and studied maps to see where to go. The Banff Gondola looks like a good thing to do first.
